Sexual Abuse Survivor Group
Healing Together: A Therapy Group for Women-Identified Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse - Tuesdays, 10am - 11:15am.
This weekly therapy group offers a safe, supportive space for women-identified adults who have experienced childhood sexual abuse. Rooted in trauma-informed care, the group focuses on building emotional safety, processing past experiences at your own pace, and reclaiming a sense of self-worth, power, and connection. Through guided discussions, creative expression, and grounding practices, participants will explore topics such as boundary setting, shame resilience, inner child healing, and navigating relationships.
In this group you will gain coping skills, learn about your nervous system, triggers, develop coping skills and grounding techniques. You will also connect with other survivors to talk about shared challenges such as intimacy, sex, boundaries, relationships, trust and vulnerability. Survivors have reported that this has been the most healing part of this group: the shared lived experience with others and realizing you are not alone. There is healing in being seen, heard and witnessed by people who deeply understand you in ways others cannot. Please email for a consultation to see if you are a good fit for the group.
